Ans: 10% at contract signing stage (fully protected by deposit indemnity) When your windows and doors are in your possesion and you have checked them thoroughly, a further payment is taken to cover window and door costs. After satisfactory installation a final payment is made direct to the fitters.

Ans: By debit or credit card this gives our customers further protection against fraud so they are double indemnified.

Ans: No we do not employ sub contractors.
19 Doors Cheap: Why Do I pay the fitters seperatley?
Ans: The whole idea of UPVC saver is to keep costs down if we take payment for fitting then there is a VAT element to be paid. Rather than charging for this we ask our customers to pay a pre agreed sum direct to our fitters once you are totally happy.
20 Doors Cheap: Does this effect my guarantee?
Ans: Absolutley not, UPVC Saver honours all works as per normal we just save considerable VAT bills with the amount of installations we do in a year and pass these savings on to our customers!
